She first encountered clay as a material for creation only ten years ago at the Rehabilitation Institute in Kováčová as part of so-called art therapy, where she uncovered hidden talents and a natural artistic talent within herself. Since then, her sculpting not only helps her live with a severe health handicap, assists her in coordinating movements, maintaining fine motor skills, but also enables her creative self-realization, and most importantly, gives her life meaning. On her clay reliefs, we encounter the most famous characters from Slovak folk tales and world classics. In a small space, she can squeeze in the magical world of fairy tales, where people, animals, plants, and objects live side by side.
