For many years she worked at the folk production cooperative in Detva. In the vicinity of Veľký Grob, she was recognized as a significant embroiderer and decorator. She mastered the traditional pre-drawn embroidery with all the pattern variations that adorned the components of the women’s costume in Veľký Grob. These included eyelets, gatras, pea-stitch, and back embroidery. In 1964, she obtained a certification as a master of folk arts and crafts in the field of embroidery, awarded by the Commission for Assessing the Professional Competence of Folk Arts and Crafts Workers.
