Graduate of the Vocational School of Mechanical Engineering, originally a technical-economic worker by profession. Started engaging in production after retirement. He was introduced to turning by the longtime producer and master of ÚĽUV L. Horváth from Nitra. He focused on turning hard wood from fruit trees. He made boxes, bowls. He stained part of the production with less valuable woods. He collaborated with ÚĽUV, besides his own designs also realized the designs of J. Menkynová. In 2010, he obtained a certificate of recognition as a folk artistic producer in the wood production sector – for preserving and developing the original turning technique (utility solo pieces), awarded by the Commission for the Assessment of Professional Competence of Workers in Folk Art Production
