She learned to embroider from her mother in childhood. She collaborated with ÚĽUV since 1966. She mastered all techniques of embroidery with a curved needle – full embroidery, cutwork on canvas, and tyle, as well as the Detva stitch. In 1989, she obtained a certificate of recognition as a master of folk art production in the field of embroidery, awarded by the Commission for Assessing the Professional Competence of Folk Art Workers.
