Dušan Račko actively devoted himself to production from 1960, and eight years later in 1968, he began collaborating with the Craftsmen's Association. He focused on creating pottery, belts, boats, and brooches. In 1981, he obtained a master certification in folk art production of metal and wood, awarded by the Commission for Assessing the Professional Competence of Traditional Craftsmen.
