She grew up in an environment where children have been making bobbin lace since they were small. At first, she made narrow lace, later moving on to multi-pair lace. She started collaborating with ÚĽUV in 1957. In addition to meter-long lace, she learned to make lace for the corners to be able to make lace borders for blankets, tablecloths, and economical place settings. Besides, she also made lace for the components of the Detva folk costume. In 1983, she obtained a certificate of qualification recognition as a master of folk art production in the lace sector, awarded by the Commission for Assessing the Professional Competence of Folk Art Production Workers.
