She learned how to bobbin lace in the lace school in Staré Hory and later improved her skills in courses organized by the ÚĽUV. She started collaborating with ÚĽUV in 1956. She made Gemer multiple-pair bobbin lace, but mastered all types of lace from meter motifs, coverings, tablecloths, economical bedspreads to decorative lace. In 1980, she obtained a certification as a master of folk art production in the lace sector, awarded by the Commission for the assessment of professional competence of workers in folk art production.
