His great-grandfather Jakub Šerík introduced him to working with wire. He continues the tradition of producing luxury utility-decorative wire objects following the patterns of his great-grandfather Jozef Holánik-Bakeľ, innovating some of them. He uses brass wire and finishes the products by gilding or silver plating them.
