She has been dedicated to basket making since she was 16 years old. In the basket workshop in Mnešice, she learned to weave baskets of various shapes and sizes, and familiarized herself with the materials and their processing. She worked in the basket-making cooperative in Sereď from 1954. In 1978, she started working as a basket maker for local resources in Hlohovec and simultaneously began collaborating with the ÚĽUV (Center for Folk Art Production). Her range of products was diverse, from small baskets to large laundry baskets and trays. In 1983, she obtained a certificate recognizing her qualification as a master of folk art production in the field of natural wickerwork, awarded by the Commission for Assessing the Professional Competence of Workers in Folk Art Production.
