He was extremely skilled in metal, leather, and wood craftsmanship. He started active production in 1950. He collaborated with the Folk Art Production Center (ÚĽUV) since 1954. He made slingshots for belts, knives, forks, leather belts, and containers. In 1960, he obtained a certification of qualification as a master of folk art production in the fields of metal and leather, awarded by the Commission for Assessing the Professional Competence of Folk Art Production Workers.
