He gained knowledge and experience from his father Ladislav Volek, a master of folk art production. He makes decorative accessories for interiors and exteriors from alpaca and brass, producing jewelry, rings, necklaces, bracelets, hair clips, buckles, and washers. His products are known for quality and originality. In 2010, he received an award for the recognition of the qualification of master of folk art production in the branch of metal production – for preserving family tradition in the production of traditional metal jewelry and products inspired by them, awarded by the Commission for assessing the professional skills of workers in folk art production.
