He worked in hospitality services, now as a craftsman. He collaborated with the Váh folk ensemble in Púchov. Since the second half of the 1970s, he has been producing trumpets, fujaras, trumpets, children’s sound toys, and various signaling instruments. At the Competition of Producers of Folk Musical Instruments at the Folk Art Festival in Detva, he received the Instrumentum excellens award for the style and originality of the presented collection of instruments – sound whims (1982), for signaling instruments – fujara trumpet (2004). He is a skilled singer and instrumentalist (trumpets, fujaras, trumpets) of the folk music culture of Považie.
