The apron is made of factory canvas, two strips are sewn together with a strip of embroidery stitched between them. The embroidery consists of three rows of French knots. The canvas strips feature wool embroidery done with satin, stem, and slanted stitches. A crocheted lace edging made of cotton and wool thread borders the apron on three sides. The upper part of the apron is pleated, with embroidery done over the pleating.
