About product
The apron was created by sewing together four strips of factory canvas. The canvas strips are hand-hemmed, and a herringbone braid is stitched all around. A bobbin lace is sewn between the strips, with a strip of Žilina cutwork embroidery sewn in the center of the apron. A bobbin lace is sewn around the edges of the apron. The top part of the apron is gathered, the gathers are secured with embroidery, and backed with a strip of canvas on the reverse side. The bobbin lace is made from thick cotton yarn. The Žilina cutwork, sewn on linen fabric, is made with linen thread and unshrunk silk.
