The apron was probably created by sewing pieces together from an older one. The apron cover is embroidered with a pre-drawn floral ornament. The embroidery is done with a thicker hemp thread. Two apron ties are sewn on with bobbin lace. At the bottom, there is a wide strip of bobbin lace inserted with strips of embroidered peas from the original apron. The pea strip is also sewn above the edge of the apron. The apron is trimmed with bobbin lace on the sides and at the bottom edge. Striped ties are sewn onto the apron cover.
