Two blue printed cotton pieces are connected by factory-made fabric, to which they are sewn with a connecting seam. Bobbin lace is sewn to the lower edge and half of the side edges. It is made from thicker cotton yarn. The upper part of the cover is pleated, with a pre-drawn embroidery done over the pleats. It is sewn with thicker cotton and wool yarn. A tailor’s chain stitch is used, as well as satin and stem stitch. Some motifs are embroidered with loop stitch, some with chain stitch. The cover of the bedspread is made of cardboard.
