Traditionally named pitcher – beak is handcrafted on a potter’s wheel with a shaped opening in the form of a beak – spout through which liquid is poured. It is coated with white clay on the outside, painted with a plant motif in colored clays on the sides, and finished with a transparent colorless glaze.
