The blanket is embroidered on linen canvas with a regular warp with pearls. The ornamentation of the Horehronie embroidery is characterized by geometric motifs, dominated by squares embroidered with different colored threads. New simpler and more demanding embroidery techniques are being applied. The ordinary and twisted cross-stitch, satin stitch, cutwork, and seed stitch represent the basic techniques in Horehronie embroidery. In addition to these, many others are represented, such as ladder stitch, chain stitch, and curved stitch.
She has been dedicated to embroidery since childhood. She uses techniques – cutwork, satin stitch, cross-stitch, seed stitch.
