Fabric sewn from two halves connected by a simple stitch. Woven from thin bleached linen threads, the pattern is made with white cotton thread – geometric and floral motifs are arranged in a stripe. Originally, it is probably an apron. The fabric is woven using a decorative weaving technique – the so-called “ždiarska rantuchová” binding, in which a thicker yarn was interwoven into the warp threads along with the weft, creating three-dimensional geometric or floral patterns. The technique was used to decorate aprons as well as textiles.
