Fabric woven from thin linen threads finished with fringes, in the middle part various geometric motifs are woven with white cotton thread. The fabric is woven using a decorative weaving technique – called the “ždiarska rantuchová” weave, in which a thicker yarn was woven into the warp threads along with the weft, creating three-dimensional geometric or botanical patterns. The technique was used for decorating aprons and cloths. The fabric likely serves as a sample for the mentioned technique.
