Four rectangular sections of the factory canvas are sewn together using stitching fabric. The top part is pleated and stitched with a square cardboard forming the center. The part of the cap that covered the front of the head is embroidered with crosses, chains, and looping stitches. The embroidery is done with wool thread. The bottom part is curved and threaded with a string for adjusting the cap.
