The bonnet is sewn from three pieces of factory canvas. Two are connected by bobbin lace. The embroidery is made according to the thread count. Used are seed stitch, cross stitch, satin stitch, cutwork, and back stitch. The front of the bonnet is trimmed with narrow bobbin lace.
