Headband made of braid is a dense multi-pair lace handcrafted from thicker cotton yarn. One end is finished with red and white factory ribbon. Headbands from a straight lace strip were made in Liptov in the 19th century, arched lace making was a matter of the 20th century, mainly the first half.
