The Majolica vase is one of the author’s most popular items. It is commonly referred to as a peasant vase based on its shape. It is hand-turned on a potter’s wheel, glazed with white covering glaze. The majolica colors depict a hand-painted blue floral decor – a frontal flower bouquet, as well as upper and lower circular decorations of the vase
The pottery first caught his attention when, as a student of an art club, he went on a tour of the workshop of the Slovak Folk Majolica in Modra.
