Sample book of blue printing – double-sided cardboard with embossed white pattern 1st side: The entire surface is covered with geometric ornamental motifs composed of small squares, rectangles, dots, and lines. 2nd side: Originally the entire surface (only a part is preserved at present) covered with small four-leaf clover flowers, which are connected diagonally by dotted arches. The embossed surface is significantly damaged across the whole area. 3rd side: The embossed surface consists of two patterns, in the upper part are geometric ornamental motifs composed of dots, squares, lines, and rectangles combined into individual larger patterns, the lower part consists of two horizontally symmetrical strips with stylized “bunches”, connected by dots with squares, underneath which are free diagonals of dots and below them a strip of free squares. The embossing on this side is also significantly damaged. 4th side: The embossed surface consists of two horizontally divided patterns. The upper part represents geometric ornamental motifs of dots, lines, and squares combined into a uniform network composition. The lower part represents ornamental motifs in vertical stripes of squares, alternating with stylized flowers. The vertical stripes are separated by dotted wavy lines. Beneath the embossing is a gold mark of a railway company – a golden circle with the initials “BRB” (Bayerische Regiobahn?).
