About product
The petticoat is made of home canvas, mixed hemp-cotton fabric. It is flared at the sides with inserted gussets made of home cotton canvas. The gusset is created from two triangles stitched with a linking stitch about one third of the way down. The remaining part consists of inserted bobbin lace. The lace is made of hemp and cotton threads. Cotton gypsy fabric straps are sewn to the top part of the petticoat.
