The underskirt, chemise, is made of homemade linen, from nine trapezoidal-shaped panels, the tenth, front one is rectangular. In addition to the front panel, the whole skirt is gathered and sewn into a casing, which is wider at the reverse side and covers the gathering. From the front side, it is double hand-stitched. The skirt is sewn by machine.
