About product
The skirt is made of five panels of blue print fabric printed on factory canvas. The lower edge is lined with a strip of black patterned cardboard. A small broom-like fabric, “brush”, and patterned fabric are sewn on the edge itself. Above the lining and above the lower edge, colorful decorative stitching is done by machine. The skirt is finely pleated and sewn into a waistband, which is also made of blue print fabric, but with a different pattern than the skirt. Below the waistband, there are seam allowances sewn by machine.
