The skirt is made up of 8 trapezoidal pieces of factory canvas. The front, ninth piece is rectangular, with a slit in the middle. Apart from the front panel, the entire skirt is finely pleated, with the pleating secured by embroidery in the upper part. The skirt is sewn into a casing, whose front part is very narrow, and the back covers the entire embroidery through the pleating.
