Skirt
Skirt
The skirt is sewn from five panels, four are made of indigo print, the fifth one is made of thicker domestic canvas. The front panels do not have lining from the wrong side, the two back panels have lining made of indigo print. The panels adjacent to the front have lining made of black satin, on which there is cut-out embroidery done with a curved needle. On the front side of the skirt, there is factory artificial silk lace, horsehair braid, and a waistband made of black satin, embroidered with a curved needle. The embroidery is partially cut-out, backed with white canvas. In the upper part, the skirt is gathered into horizontal pleats, fixed with cross-stitches. The skirt is inserted into an envelope, made of two patterns of indigo print. It is lined with domestic canvas. Between the envelope and the skirt, there is a vent made of red fabric. Gypsy ribbons are sewn on the envelope, used for tying.
