About product
The skirt is made of cotton voile, the front panel is made of black factory canvas. The bottom edge, except for the front panel, is lined with dark pink voile. Above the edge, a silk ribbon is sewn on, topped by silver bobbin lace. The entire skirt, except for the front panel, is pleated and sewn into a wide hem. A black tape is stitched to the hem for tying the skirt around the waist.
