The skirt is made of black taffeta, the hem has a strip of rub-backed canvas underneath. Above the lining, the skirt is stitched with yellow and blue thread. Except for the front part, the entire skirt is folded into one-sided pleats and sewn into a casing. The waistband is made of black taffeta, lined with cotton fabric. Decorated with blue cording and complemented by simple embroidery stitches. The cording is machine-stitched. A blue satin ribbon is attached around the neckline and front panels. There are hexagonal silver-colored metal buttons on the front panels. The waistband fastens with two metal hooks sewn above the waistband. The waistband is hand-sewn to the skirt.
