The sleeves are sewn from homegrown hemp canvas. The back piece is made of lower quality, thick canvas, the bottom edge is finished with a hem and fraying. The upper part of the sleeves is gathered and stitched into a small collar. The gathered ends of the sleeves are sewn into cuffs. There is red cotton embroidery sewn on the collar and cuffs. The embroidery is done by counting threads. Used stitches: backstitch, cross stitch, stem stitch.
