The sleeves are made of factory canvas. A belt with eyelet embroidery is sewn to the lower edge of the sleeves. The embroidery is stitched with cotton thread, using satin stitch, blanket stitch, and loop stitch. The upper part of the sleeves has a sewn-in fold with a drawstring to tighten around the neck. The sleeves are pleated into folds.
