The sleeves are sewn from homemade hemp canvas, the sleeve cuffs from a thinner material, and the gussets from a thicker one. The embroidery is done with cross-stitches using dark blue wool thread and unbleached burgundy silk. The slit on the front is hemstitched, the lower part of the slit is sewn with a connecting stitch. The sleeves are gathered at the bottom, the gathers are overcast with 2 rows of chain stitches. Sewn with hemp yarn.
