The skirt is made of white cotton with a small black pattern. The lower edge is stitched with red bias tape. The skirt is made of 8 panels and except for the front panel, the fabric is all gathered into one-way pleats so that the black small pattern is always on the face of the pleat. It has an inserted waistband.
