The bodice made of silk atlas is lined with factory canvas. A strip of fabric from the bodice is gathered and stitched around the neckline and front panels. It is trimmed with lace made of metal threads. Tin brooches, which were a decoration of the bodice, are stitched on the front panels. It fastened in the waist with a button and buttonhole. A piece of corn husk wrapped in canvas is stitched on the back waistband.
