About product
The bodice made of artificial silk ribbed fabric is lined with heavier domestic canvas (possibly linen + cotton). It is edged with silk ribbon, from which bows are also sewn on the shoulders. It fastens with metal hooks and eyes and with pewter pins, which were probably sewn onto an older bodice. It is sewn by machine and by hand.
