As part of the methodological activities, cyclical and systematic training is provided for target groups of tutors and educators. Educator training is conducted through methodological days, which provide theoretical insight into crafts and education of children in this field, as well as practical experience with natural materials and various techniques. Tutor training covers various topics, including occupational health and safety training, professional education through lectures, screenings of films about folk art production, excursions to the Museum of Folk Art Production, and presentations on tutor requirements and competencies. New/beginning tutors receive training and education under the guidance of masters who pass on their experience to them.
