This (not only) fashionable accessory has served as a tool for the individualization and differentiation of people, but it can also unite. And it´s precisely in the area of Florence thanks to the consortium Il Cappello Di Firenze that for more than 30 years straw hat has been uniting generations of craftsmen using traditional straw production.
