The bonnet is made of 4 rectangles of factory canvas, which are sewn together with a connecting stitch. Two rectangles are made of thinner canvas, two side ones of thicker canvas, with embroidery based on thread counting. The upper part of the bonnet is gathered and sewn with a rectangle from a piece of probably factory fabric. The gathering is reinforced with embroidery. The embroidery on the front part of the bonnet is sewn with cross stitches. The front edge is hemmed. Wool yarn is used for the embroidery. A fold for threading a cord is sewn on the bottom part.
