The skirt is made of black cotton velvet. The lining of the lower edge from the reverse side is made of black patterned cardboard. At the top, the skirt is gathered and sewn into a wide yoke, which is machine-stitched at the bottom. The gathering is reinforced with embroidery. The lower part of the skirt is richly machine-stitched. The stitching creates a floral ornament. Above it is placed a cross-stitch embroidery, which also creates a rich floral ornament. Sequins are sewn between the strips of cross-stitch embroidery.
